SENIOR ASSOCIATE – Finance Transformation (with transformation experience)
This pivotal role focuses on delivering large-scale finance transformation programmes by integrating:
- Strategic guidance
- Operating model redesign
- Technology-enabled delivery
Impact Drive sustainable business outcomes for global clients through tailored transformation programmes.
What Your Days Will Look Like
As a Finance Transformation Senior Associate, your work will encompass:
- Strategy & Operating Model Design
- Collaborate in finance vision & strategy development
- Evaluate current operating models, proposing target operating models (TOMs)
- Align transformations with organisational structure, governance, service delivery, and capabilities
- Translate strategy into clear roadmaps & implementation plans

- Redesign finance architecture to integrate processes, data, technology controls
- Assess future technology trends & innovation drivers

- Audit current-state finance processes to identify pain points
- Design future-state processes compliant with best practices, leveraging digital opportunities

- Support modern finance architectures, including:
- ERP/EPM design/deployment (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, Workday)
- Integration of automation, analytics & AI for process enhancement and data-driven decisions

Ideal Candidate Requirements
This role is designed for finance transformation professionals with expertise in:
- Core areas of focus:
- Management consulting specially in finance transformation, finance operations or finance business architecture
- Practical experience in model business processes, including:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
