Key Responsibilities

SENIOR ASSOCIATE – Finance Transformation (with transformation experience)

This pivotal role focuses on delivering large-scale finance transformation programmes by integrating:

  • Strategic guidance
  • Operating model redesign
  • Technology-enabled delivery

Impact Drive sustainable business outcomes for global clients through tailored transformation programmes.


What Your Days Will Look Like

As a Finance Transformation Senior Associate, your work will encompass:

  • Strategy & Operating Model Design
    • Collaborate in finance vision & strategy development
    • Evaluate current operating models, proposing target operating models (TOMs)
    • Align transformations with organisational structure, governance, service delivery, and capabilities
    • Translate strategy into clear roadmaps & implementation plans

  • Business Architecture

    • Redesign finance architecture to integrate processes, data, technology controls
    • Assess future technology trends & innovation drivers
  • Process Diagnostics & Transformation

    • Audit current-state finance processes to identify pain points
    • Design future-state processes compliant with best practices, leveraging digital opportunities
  • Technology Enablement (Digital Core)

    • Support modern finance architectures, including:
      • ERP/EPM design/deployment (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, Workday)
      • Integration of automation, analytics & AI for process enhancement and data-driven decisions
  • Business Case & Value Realisation

    • Develop and justify change initiatives, forecasting impacts on:
      • Operating costs
      • Risk management
      • Investment returns
    • Ensure aligned realisation of benefits
  • Stakeholder Management

    • Deliver workstreams aligned with milestones, quality standards & risk controls
    • Foster cross-cultural collaboration in global stakeholder engagements
  • Global Delivery & Collaboration

    • Operate effectively in matrix teams across multiple time zones & cultures
  • Capability Development & Knowledge Sharing

    • Contribute to sustainable capability growth via tools and thought leadership on:
      • Trends in finance transformation
      • Sector-specific innovation strategies

Ideal Candidate Requirements

This role is designed for finance transformation professionals with expertise in:

  • Core areas of focus:
    • Management consulting specially in finance transformation, finance operations or finance business architecture
    • Practical experience in model business processes, including:
      • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
      • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
      • Record-to-Report (R2R)
      • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
