Finance Transformation & ERP Lead
Senior Finance Transformation & ERP Lead
We're partnering with one of Europe's most innovative technology companies to appoint a Senior Finance Transformation & ERP Lead to own and deliver one of the most significant business transformation programmes in the organisation's history.
This is a unique opportunity to define the future finance technology landscape for a rapidly scaling global business. Working across Finance, Engineering, and senior leadership, you'll lead the strategy, selection, and implementation of a new enterprise ERP platform while building the finance operating model needed to support the next phase of growth.
This is a business-led transformation rather than a traditional IT implementation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the end-to-end ERP transformation programme from strategy through implementation
- Partner with Finance leadership to redesign and optimise finance processes and operating models
- Own ERP selection, implementation strategy, and governance
- Act as the key interface between Finance, Engineering, Technology, and external implementation partners
- Establish programme governance, delivery plans, risk management, and executive reporting
- Ensure financial controls, governance, and compliance requirements are embedded throughout the transformation
- Build internal ERP capability and become the long-term owner of the finance technology roadmap

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
