Location Manchester Airport (Hybrid: 3 office days (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays))

About the Role
We’re seeking a Finance Transformation Lead, FP&A / Finance Business Partnering to lead our SAP S/4HANA implementation and shape the future of Group Finance.
In this high-visibility role, you will:
- Lead the design and optimisation of future finance processes, data, and working practices.
- Partner closely with Finance, IT, SAP experts, implementation partners, and wider stakeholders to align business needs with practical solutions.
- Drive a culture of insight-driven decision-making, stronger compliance, and effective business partnering.
- Oversee FP&A workflows, finance business partnering, reporting, and forecasting, enhancing efficiency and confidence in financial controls.

This role requires: ✔ Experience in finance transformation, continuous improvement, and matrix environments. ✔ Strong, credible stakeholder management across finance and IT teams. ✔ Pragmatic, problem-solving mindset with risk management and project delivery discipline. ✔ Confidence leading cross-functional initiatives, particularly within SAP S/4HANA/-HANA implementation.
What Will Make You Successful?
You must demonstrate:
- Expertise in FP&A, finance business partnering, and financial systems.
- Ability to balance detail-oriented analysis with strategic influence.
- Collaborative yet assertive leadership, challenging decisions constructively.
- Project management maturity supported by qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, Six Sigma) and/or a professional finance certification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
SAP S/4HANA experience—particularly in FP&A areas—is a plus.
