At Healthcare Management Trust (HMT), we're committed to delivering outstanding health and social care services that make a real difference to people's lives. We're looking for an experienced and driven Finance Transformation Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract and play a key role in transforming the way our finance function operates.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the next phase of our finance transformation following the implementation of NetSuite, our new ERP system. You'll work closely with finance colleagues, operational teams and external partners to embed new ways of working, improve financial processes and ensure we maximise the value of our investment.

About The Role

As Finance Transformation Manager, you'll lead a programme of finance process improvement, helping to embed NetSuite across the organisation while improving efficiency, reporting and financial controls.

You'll Be Responsible For

  • Leading the integration of income and revenue processes into NetSuite.
  • Improving billing, revenue recognition and reconciliation processes.
  • Redesigning budgeting and forecasting processes to create a more efficient and reliable planning framework.
  • Working with budget holders to strengthen financial planning and performance reporting.
  • Developing meaningful KPI dashboards and management reports using NetSuite.
  • Improving year-end reporting and audit processes.
  • Identifying opportunities to automate accounts payable and other finance activities.
  • Delivering training and supporting colleagues to adopt new systems and processes.
  • Working with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners to deliver lasting improvements.
  • Ensuring strong governance, accurate financial data and effective internal controls throughout the transformation programme.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong finance knowledge with a passion for continuous improvement and change.

You'll Ideally Have

  • ACCA or AAT part qualification and be working towards full ACCA qualification.
  • Advanced IT and Excel skills.
  • Experience of finance transformation, process improvement or systems implementation.
  • Experience of NetSuite or another ERP system (highly desirable).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects successfully.
  • A collaborative approach with a passion for improving the way teams work.
