Location: South London (Hybrid – 1x Per Week)

Package: £80k - £90k + Bonus

The Opportunity
A c.£150m turnover, multi-site is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to lead the modernisation of its finance function. This is a critical leadership role focused on driving end-to-end transformation across systems, processes, and data to support the next phase of growth. You’ll work closely with the CFO and senior leadership team to implement best-in-class finance capabilities, leveraging technology, automation, and AI to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

The Role
You will define and execute the finance transformation strategy, leading major programmes across systems, process improvement, and digital enablement. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering the finance transformation roadmap
- Leading finance systems, ERP, automation, and AI initiatives
- Driving process optimisation and operational efficiency across finance
- Managing large-scale transformation programmes and projects
- Partnering with finance leadership to enhance reporting, controls, and forecasting
- Leading change management, ensuring stakeholder engagement and adoption
- Establishing KPIs and tracking transformation outcomes and value delivery
- Collaborating with IT and external partners on digital finance initiatives

Candidate Profile
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Proven experience leading finance transformation programmes
- Track record of implementing automation and AI within finance functions
- Strong programme and project management capability
- Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience within multi-site environments preferred
- Relevant certifications (Lean Six Sigma, PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) desirable
