Finance Transformation Manager
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid working, 2-3 days in the office)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Manager to drive finance transformation initiatives across the Group. Working closely with Finance, IT, and operational stakeholders, you will lead a portfolio of strategic projects focused on improving finance systems, processes, and ways of working.
Reporting into the finance leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering change from concept through to implementation, ensuring projects are effectively planned, governed, and embedded into the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver finance transformation projects aligned to the Group's strategic objectives
- Develop detailed project plans, managing scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Build strong relationships with Finance, IT, Operations, and senior leadership teams to drive successful project outcomes
- Manage project budgets, third-party consultants, and external partners to ensure cost-effective delivery
- Track and support the realization of financial and operational benefits, ensuring sustainable adoption of change
About You
You are an experienced change or project manager with a proven track record of delivering transformation initiatives within complex organizations. You enjoy working across multiple stakeholders and functions, bringing structure, organization, and strong communication skills to every project.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- APM, Prince2, or equivalent project management qualification
- Experience delivering business transformation or change management projects
- Strong understanding of finance processes such as P2P, O2C, and R2R
- Experience working with finance systems and IT implementation projects
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, governance, risks, and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to influence at all levels
