What You'll Do:
- Prepare and review accurate monthly financial statements in line with accounting standards
- Assist with management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely completion
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate any discrepancies
- Work closely with various departments to gather financial data and provide insights
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company accounting policies
- Support audit activities and liaise with external auditors as necessary

Requirements
- Min. Part Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Proven experience in a Financial Accountant role
- Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards and financial reporting
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently
- Experience in a Manufacturing environment
