Financial Accountant
£40,000 - £50,000 | Remote or Hybrid | PE-Backed Software Group
We're recruiting a Financial Accountant to join a rapidly scaling, private equity-backed software group that is growing through acquisition. Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, you'll gain exposure to multi-entity management accounting, acquisitions, group reporting, statutory accounting and business integration, whilst working closely with an experienced CFO who is passionate about developing talent.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an accountant already in a similar industry looking to accelerate their development.
The role
You'll support the Group Financial Controller across a broad range of finance activities, including:

- Preparing multi-entity management accounts and statutory accounts
- Supporting year-end audit
- Managing multiple legal entities
- Assisting with acquisition accounting and business integrations
- Supporting tax, treasury and cashflow activities
- Improving financial controls and processes
- Working closely with senior finance leadership on a variety of projects

About you
We're looking for someone who is:
- A qualified Accountant
- Experienced within a multi-entity environment. (SaaS or PE Backed a bonus but not essential)
- Technically strong
- Commercially curious and keen to understand how businesses operate
- Organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Looking for genuine career progression
