At TD SYNNEX, we're looking for a technically strong and detail-focused Accountant to take ownership of statutory reporting across multiple entities. You'll play a key role in ensuring compliance, partnering with teams across UK&I and EMEA, and acting as a trusted expert in technical accounting and audit readiness.

What You'll Be Doing

Produce statutory accounts for Group Holding and Logistics companies Own the end-to-end preparation of statutory accounts across multiple legal entities Review balance sheets to ensure compliance with accounting standards and identify control improvements Ensure SOX compliance across all relevant financial processes Act as the main point of contact for auditors across multiple entities Stay up to date with accounting standards, company law, and apply these across reporting Deliver ad-hoc technical accounting projects and financial reviews Review and approve balance sheet reconciliations and manual journal entries Build strong working relationships across Shared Services, EMEA, Corporate Controllership and tax teams Month end close support through financial analysis Report creation Support wider projects as required

What You'll Bring

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Strong understanding of US GAAP and/or IFRS Proven experience producing complex statutory accounts across multiple entities High proficiency in SAP and Excel Background within a Top 20 accounting firm (desirable) A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to navigate challenges with energy, enthusiasm, and creativity Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and remote teams
