Interim Digital Finance Analyst
We are looking for a Digital Finance Analyst to join our team in London on a 12 month fixed-term-contract.
Drive the transformation of the finance and actuarial function by identifying, designing and delivering solutions that automate manual work, improve data quality and enhance existing tools. Working closely with IT and cross-functional business partners, you will scope and build new solutions, support their transition into production through training and stakeholder engagement, and leverage capabilities from across the Munich Group for local MRSG implementation.
This role sits alongside Fusion, an ambitious project to change the ERP system. Depending on where the need is greatest, you may contribute directly to Fusion delivery, provide cover so others can focus on it, or carry the function's wider transformation and automation work through the project. Flexibility to move between these as priorities shift is part of the role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
