You’ll be based in our London HQ, working in offices at Buckingham Gate.

Your Responsibilities

Your role will be dynamic, covering key financial responsibilities:

  • Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Ensuring daily accounting transactions are accurately posted in the system.
  • Assisting with budget tracking and cost reconciliations for conferences—a new process requiring precise invoice tracking.
  • Supporting the production of monthly finance reports across the business.
  • Contributing to ad-hoc finance projects and new finance process implementations.

What We Expect From You

We’re looking for candidates who embody our ethos—drive, ownership, and a passion for building new businesses—alongside the following:

  • A finance bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably with outstanding results (additional pass in finance exams (AAT, ACCA, CFA) is advantageous).
  • 2+ years of experience in finance.
  • A valid UK work permit.
  • An exceptional attention to detail and ability to solve problems efficiently.
  • A systematic and process-driven mindset.

Start Date

Flexible.

The role is onsite, operating Monday to Friday, located in our Buckingham Gate offices. We thrive on speed and in-person collaboration to create market-leading, unmatched events year-round. We’d love for you to join our fast-paced team!
