This is an exciting opportunity for a Financial Accountant to contribute to the success of an industrial/manufacturing company. The role is based in Bradford and involves managing financial processes and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Description
- Prepare financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of month-end and year-end processes.
- Supporting local and international commercial finance team.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Assist with tax compliance and reporting requirements.
- Maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimise financial processes.

Profile
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
- A recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Experience in financial reporting and compliance within the industrial/manufacturing sector or from an audit/accounts prep background.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- A detail-oriented approach with excellent organisational skills.
