Key Accountabilities
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across:
- Management
- Statutory
- Regulatory
- Period-end close activities:
- Journals
- Reconciliations
- Supporting schedules
- Analyse financial results and investigate movements and variances
- Assist with:
- Internal and external audit requests
- Documentation preparation
- Collaborate with:
- Finance
- Treasury
- Investments
- Risk
- Operations
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and finance transformation activities
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requirements

Required Experience
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Experience gained within financial services (possibly non-FS regulated company)
- Experience supporting month-end, quarter-end, or year-end close processes
- Exposure to IFRS/GAAP
- Advanced Excel skills
- Confident use of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight reporting deadlines
- Collaborative approach with excellent communication skills
- Interest in AI-enabled finance processes and emerging technologies (advantageous)
