Are you a motivated, detail-oriented finance professional ready to take the next step in your career?
If so, we’d love to hear from you. We’re looking for a Financial Accountant to join our Financial Reporting and Business Partnering team, with a focus on assets and liabilities.
Role Overview
In this role, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the wider Finance team, contributing to high-quality, accurate, and timely financial reporting. You’ll be involved in everything from annual statutory financial statements to monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts. Your insights will play a key role in helping us monitor and improve financial performance.

Key Requirements
- Experience working in a finance team outside of practice
- Fully qualified or actively working towards your ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
- Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
Bonus Points
- Housing sector knowledge (not essential)
Work Arrangement
You'll be working from our Eastleigh office (SO50 6AD) a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues. The other two days can be worked from a place of your choosing, whether that's at another of our offices, a cafe, or at home.
