Financial Accountant - Fixed Term
Customer Experience Administrator (Part-Time – 2 Days Per Week)

- Hours of Work: Part-time – 2 days per week
- Contract: Fixed Term
- Duration: Until December 2026
- Grade: SC4
- Target Salary: £21,321.20 per annum (full-time equivalent: £53,303) + £6,799 Car Allowance
- Location: Peterborough
- Working Pattern: Hybrid – at the discretion of the line manager based on business requirements

Your Responsibilities
- Support our team to deliver excellent customer service to clients, learners, and stakeholders
- Assist with the administration of learning programs and industry initiatives
- Contribute to maintaining key performance metrics in customer experience
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to improve inclusivity and impact
- Process and coordinate enrolment, support, and feedback for industry members and apprentices
- Ensure records and communications align with CITB’s policies and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within education, training, or construction-related industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), including experience with databases or CRM tools
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both internal and external stakeholders
- Problem-solving attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
