Financial Accountant
📍 Oxford Street, London (Hybrid Working – 3 Days Office / 2 Days Home)
💰 £55,000 - £60,000 per annum + Benefits
Investigo is currently partnering with a fast-growing, professional, and progressive real estate business to recruit a Financial Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified accountant looking to join an ambitious organisation where they can combine strong technical accounting expertise with commercial exposure.
Please note: Applicants must have prior experience auditing or working with real estate/property businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS and UK GAAP
- Preparation and review of balance sheet reconciliations
- Managing transfer pricing calculations and intercompany balances
- Cash flow management across EMEA entities
- Supporting the month-end close process and balance sheet reconciliations
- Conducting variance analysis against budgets and forecasts
- Business partnering with senior stakeholders and presenting financial insights and recommendations to non-finance teams
- Supporting internal and external audit processes

About You
- Newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Experience within real estate, property, consultancy, or financial services
- Previous audit exposure to real estate/property businesses is essential
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills; Power BI experience is advantageous
- Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
