Description
- Prepare and review financial statements to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage the month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities for the property portfolio.
- Maintain and improve financial controls and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and liaise with external auditors as required.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial presentations.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects within the accounting and finance department.

A successful Financial Accountant should have:
