Description

  • Prepare and review financial statements to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage the month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities for the property portfolio.
  • Maintain and improve financial controls and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and liaise with external auditors as required.
  • Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial presentations.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects within the accounting and finance department.
