The Opportunity

As a Financial Accountant, you'll become a key member of the finance team, partnering closely with senior finance leaders to ensure robust financial reporting while continually improving processes and controls across an international business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning key aspects of the month-end close, including journal postings, cost recognition and management reporting.
  • Preparing insightful monthly financial reports to support business leaders with commercial decision-making.
  • Leading and contributing to high-impact finance projects that support international expansion.
  • Working cross-functionally to improve financial understanding and empower teams across the business.
  • Managing relationships with external providers including payroll, fund administrators, and professional advisors.
  • Overseeing the accounting and reconciliation of overseas entities, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Driving continuous improvement across finance processes, controls, and operational efficiency.
  • Taking ownership of balance sheet integrity through accurate reconciliations across multiple entities.
  • Coordinating international payroll processes and reconciliations.
  • Supporting statutory reporting, tax compliance, and external audits across the Group.

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership, and working in an environment where growth creates opportunity.

We're looking for

  • Newly ACA or CA qualified (ideally trained within a Big 4 or leading accounting practice).
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge with experience working across group entities.
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to improve processes rather than simply follow them.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across international teams.
  • Experience working with integrated finance systems.
  • A genuine interest in high-growth, venture-backed businesses and the opportunity to help build something exceptional.
