Are you an experienced Financial Administrator looking to join a professional, client-focused wealth management firm where your contribution is genuinely valued?
Our client is a highly respected financial planning practice with an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional advice and service to HNW clients. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a proactive and organised Financial Administrator to become a key member of their team.
This is much more than a traditional administration role. You'll work closely with Advisers and Paraplanners, take ownership of client journeys, and play an integral role in ensuring a first-class experience for every client.

The Opportunity
As a Financial Administrator, you'll be at the heart of the business, supporting advisers with new business, client reviews, client communications, and ongoing case management.
- You'll be trusted to manage multiple workflows, liaise with providers and clients, and ensure all processes are completed efficiently, accurately, and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities
Client & Adviser Support
- Provide outstanding support to Advisers and Paraplanners
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, providers, and internal teams
- Build strong relationships through professional and timely communication
- Ensure every client receives a seamless and positive experience
New Business Processing
- Prepare and submit applications and supporting documentation
- Obtain illustrations, provider information, and policy details
- Track cases through to completion
- Ensure all submissions are accurate, compliant, and within service standards
Client Reviews & Meeting Support
- Prepare meeting packs and client documentation
- Coordinate annual review processes
- Process meeting actions and follow-up work efficiently
- Maintain accurate client records across all systems
Case & Pipeline Management
- Monitor and manage ongoing client cases
- Chase providers for outstanding information and LOAs
- Maintain workflow visibility and update advisers regularly
- Ensure all cases progress smoothly and efficiently
Systems & Administration
- Update and maintain Salesforce and back-office systems
- Manage incoming documentation and correspondence
- Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining accurate records
- Support wider operational and business processes where required

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within Wealth Management, Financial Planning, or IFA Administration
- Strong understanding of financial services processes and client servicing
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce would be advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service
