Financial Adviser – Solihull – Remote

£50,000 + 25% Bonus + Existing Client Bank (£200k Recurring Income) + Hybrid Working + PMI + 8% Pension + Death in Service

Are you an experienced Financial Adviser looking to inherit an established client bank from day one, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional advice rather than cold business development?

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly respected independent financial planning business that forms part of one of the UK’s leading adviser networks. The firm has built an excellent reputation for delivering holistic, client-focused advice and benefits from the backing of a large national network, providing advisers with first-class compliance, technical support and business infrastructure, while maintaining the feel of a close-knit, independent practice.

You’ll take over an established portfolio of approximately 125-150 clients, generating around £200,000 of recurring annual income, with 100% of ongoing income credited towards your bonus from day one. This is a genuine servicing role, giving you the opportunity to deepen existing relationships while identifying natural opportunities for additional advice where appropriate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
