Financial Adviser – Newark or Grantham Office

Competitive Salary DOE + existing client bank + legal referral network + hybrid flexibility + career development + established brand

Are you an experienced Financial Adviser looking to join one of the East Midlands’ most established professional services firms, with access to high-quality referrals and the opportunity to build long-term client relationships?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected Wealth Management team, providing holistic financial planning advice across investments, pensions, and inheritance tax planning. You’ll work closely with Partners and Fee Earners across the wider business, benefiting from an established referral network while managing and growing your own portfolio of clients.

You’ll be joining a collaborative and professional environment where client care is at the heart of everything. The role is primarily based across the firm’s Grantham and Newark offices, with occasional travel to other locations to support clients and colleagues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
