Are you passionate about helping individuals achieve their financial goals? Do you possess strong analytical skills and a knack for problem-solving? We’re working with a wealth management firm based in Dorking who are seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Financial Adviser.
You will have full back-office support from Paraplanners and IFA Administrators.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalised financial advice and recommendations to clients based on their unique financial situations and goals.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients’ needs and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive financial plans outlining strategies for investments, retirement, estate planning, and more.
- Stay up to date on market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and trust.

To Be Considered For This Adviser Position
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
- Proven experience in financial advising, wealth management, or related fields.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
