Financial Adviser

This is an employed role, based in Wiltshire. What's in it for you? A basic salary of between £35,000 and £45,000 DOE (no salary validation) Bonus/commission split for higher earning potential Hybrid working with office days being Tuesday & Thursday Pension scheme: 7% employer & 5% employee 24 days holiday plus bank holidays Death in service 3x salary

William Dixon & Associates are looking for an experienced Financial Adviser to join their team based out of their picturesque offices in Wiltshire. This business needs someone to step in and service their existing client bank and advise on all areas of Financial Advice whilst also advising on any new business opportunities that present themselves. If you’re an existing adviser wanting a new place, a paraplanner looking to make the jump into advising, this is the role for you.

What you'll be doing: Provide regulated financial advice in line with William Dixon & Associates and The Openwork Partnership Manage and service an existing client bank, conducting annual reviews and maintaining ongoing client relationships. Deliver holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, and protection. Identify additional advice opportunities within the client base and via referrals. Ensure all advice is compliant, well-documented, and aligned with Consumer Duty obligations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our CRM and back-office systems. Contribute to the firm’s wider business objectives through consistent delivery and professional conduct.

What do you need to succeed: Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) – this is essential. Ideally experience in providing regulated financial advice. Technical financial admin or paraplanning experience is ideal Strong technical understanding of pensions, investments, taxation and protection. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Excellent relationship building skills Highly organised with a client-centric approach and attention to detail.
