Are you an ambitious Financial Adviser looking to join a growing business with access to existing clients and genuine long-term growth potential?
Inspire Financial North East is seeking a Wealth Adviser to join our Sunderland-based team. This role focuses exclusively on wealth and financial planning advice and does not include mortgage advising responsibilities.
You will benefit from introductions to existing clients, including review opportunities generated from an established client bank, helping you build momentum from day one while developing your own network for future growth.
We're looking for someone with the right mindset, motivation, and commitment to delivering excellent client outcomes. Chartered status would be desirable, but attitude and ambition are far more important than a particular level of experience.

Responsibilities of the role
- Deliver holistic financial planning and wealth advice
- Conduct client reviews and build long-term advice relationships
- Support existing clients while developing your own client bank
- Generate additional business through referrals and networking
- Work in accordance with all regulatory and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with the Inspire Financial North East team to support client outcomes
What will you need to succeed?
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum)
- Chartered Financial Planner status desirable but not essential
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- High levels of self-motivation and personal drive
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on long-term success
- Commitment to providing excellent ongoing client service
