An excellent opportunity for a experienced Financial Adviser to join a well-established wealth management practice based in Woking.

This role would suit an adviser who enjoys building long-term client relationships and delivering holistic financial advice, while benefiting from the support, structure, and infrastructure of an experienced practice.

Although this is a self-employed opportunity, the practice offers a highly supportive environment, including administration, paraplanning, marketing, operational support, and lead generation assistance. A guaranteed income underpin may also be available while the adviser becomes established, depending on experience and individual circumstances.

The Role

  • You will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, identifying new opportunities within an existing client base, and continuing to grow your own portfolio of clients.
  • You will provide tailored advice across areas such as investments, pensions, retirement planning, protection, and intergenerational wealth management, working closely with an experienced support team to ensure a high-quality client experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
