Financial Adviser Opportunity (Self-Employed) – Woking
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Adviser to join a well-established wealth management practice based in Woking.
This role would suit an adviser who enjoys:
- Building long-term client relationships
- Delivering holistic financial advice
- Operating within a supportive structure while maintaining autonomy
Although this is a self-employed opportunity, the practice provides:
- A highly supportive environment
- Access to administration, paraplanning, marketing, and operational support
- Potential for a guaranteed income underpin while the adviser establishes their client base (terms depend on experience and circumstances)
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Managing and developing client relationships
- Identifying new opportunities within existing client bases
- Growing your own portable client portfolio

Your core duties include:
- Providing tailored financial advice across:
- Investments
- Pensions planning
- Retirement strategies
- Protection solutions
- Intergenerational wealth management
- Collaborating closely with an experienced support team to deliver high-quality client experiences

About You
Ideal candidates should have:
- Proven experience as a Financial Adviser
- A Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
- Strong client relationship management and business development skills
- Experience delivering holistic financial advice
- A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach
- Ability to work locally from Woking when required
Previous experience within a practice like SJP Partner Practice or aligned wealth management environments will be advantageous, but not essential.
