About the Role

You'll join our structured Adviser Development Pathway, designed to support career changers and aspiring advisers on their journey to becoming fully qualified Financial Advisers.

Once qualified, you will:

  • Work with individuals, families and business owners to understand their goals and priorities
  • Build tailored, long-term financial plans
  • Advise across investments, retirement, protection and estate planning
  • Develop trusted and lasting client relationships
  • Build your own client base or work within an established advice practice
  • Deliver positive outcomes that have a lasting impact on clients and their families

This is a consultative, relationship-led role focused on helping clients achieve their long-term objectives.

Training & Development

Our Academy is designed to give you everything you need to succeed.

Successful applicants will receive:

  • A clear route to funded professional qualifications
