Financial Adviser Self-Employed or Employed with a Partnership Programme!

UK, EU, UAE, International - not a network.

Operate under your own brand. Scale under a directly-authorised, multi-jurisdictional framework.

A modern advisory platform is seeking experienced financial advisers to join a directly authorised firm with regulatory permissions spanning the UK, EU, UAE and support for US-connected clients.

This opportunity is designed for advisers who want to retain their own business identity, access a multi-jurisdictional regulatory umbrella, and benefit from a high-retention commercial model with genuine ownership pathways through a structured partnership programme.

This is not a network. It offers the security, regulatory strength and infrastructure of a directly authorised firm, with all the flexibility advisers value in a network model - including optional AR plug-in for those who wish to maintain their own brand and business ownership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
