About the Company

We are recruiting Trainee Financial Advisers to join our flagship development pathway for individuals who want to retrain into a professional career in financial advice. This opportunity is specifically designed for individuals who are ambitious, motivated, and looking for a long-term career with genuine progression and earning potential.
About the Role
You will begin a structured training journey towards becoming a fully qualified Financial Adviser within St. James’s Place. Once qualified, you will:
- Work with individuals and families to understand their goals and priorities
- Build tailored, long-term financial plans
- Advise across investments, retirement, protection and estate planning
- Develop trusted, long-term client relationships
- Build your own client base or work within an established advice practice

Training & Development
Successful applicants will be assessed for entry into St. James’s Place’s adviser development pathway, which provides:
- A clear route to funded professional qualifications
- Structured training and mentoring
- Practical exposure to real client work
- Ongoing support through to full authorisation
