Role Description

This is a part-time, remote Financial Advisor role focused on supporting individuals with comprehensive financial guidance. The Financial Advisor will conduct virtual consultations to assess client financial situations and develop tailored financial plans aligned with their health, wellness, and life goals. Daily tasks include advising on budgeting, savings strategies, retirement planning, and investment options, and helping clients understand the financial implications of long-term healthcare and wellness programs. The role involves monitoring client progress, updating plans as circumstances change, and maintaining accurate records and documentation in MantraCare’s systems. The Financial Advisor will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that financial guidance aligns with MantraCare’s holistic care model and provides clear, accessible recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory to develop and explain comprehensive, client-centered financial strategies.
  • Strong foundation in Finance and Investments to analyze options, evaluate risk, and recommend appropriate financial products.
  • Experience with Retirement Planning to help clients prepare for long-term financial security, including healthcare-related expenses.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts in clear, inclusive language.
  • Relevant certification or degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field (e.g., CFP or equivalent) preferred.
  • Comfort working remotely, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
  • Familiarity with digital tools, financial planning software, and secure documentation practices; experience in health or wellness sectors is a plus.
