Fram is working with a growing wealth management firm that is looking to engage with Financial Advisers as part of the continued expansion of its advisory team. The business has an established client base, a consistent flow of new enquiries, and a well-supported advice process, allowing advisers to focus on delivering high-quality financial planning.
The firm is keen to speak with advisers who enjoy either developing long-term relationships with existing clients or meeting new clients introduced through the business. Depending on experience and preference, the role can involve:

This may appeal to a Level 4 Diploma-qualified Financial Adviser with experience within an IFA or wealth management environment. Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused approach will be important. The role suits someone who enjoys building trusted relationships and delivering thoughtful, holistic financial planning. Hybrid working is available.
