Employed Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) – Full Client Bank Provided
Fully Remote
Must be based in the Midlands / Clients Based in and around Solihull
Are you an experienced Independent Financial Advisor looking for security, flexibility, and the opportunity to focus purely on delivering exceptional advice — without the burden of business development?

Financial Advisor - The Opportunity

Financial Advisor - The Role
- Service and develop an existing portfolio of clients
- Deliver holistic financial planning across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement strategies
- Conduct annual reviews and identify planning opportunities
- Maintain strong compliance standards
- Build long-term trusted relationships
- All clients are based within and around Solihull, but meetings can be conducted remotely.

Financial Advisor - About You
- Diploma qualified (Level 4 minimum)
- CAS status
- Proven experience managing a client bank
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Professional, ethical, and client-focused
- Comfortable working remotely
- Chartered status (or working towards it) is advantageous but not essential.
