We are looking to hire an experienced Financial Advisers to work from our office in Portugal, France, Spain, Cyprus and Malta.
Blevins Franks is a leading cross-border wealth management company, proudly advising and managing the financial affairs of our valued clients for over 50 years.
Applicants will need to provide consistent service to clients through regular contact. Aim to attract additional investments and encourage new referrals. Applicants must hold industry qualifications appropriate to the role, with a minimum requirement of a Level 4 diploma. Ideally, candidates will possess Level 6 Chartered status.

The chosen candidate will form part of the Sales Team and will report to the Regional Director in the area of your chosen office. The person will be responsible for providing a high-quality service to clients in France and sourcing new clients from the marketing enquiries.

- To provide consistent service to clients through regular contact.
- Aim to attract additional investments and encourage new referrals.
- Bring in new clients to Blevins Franks, from marketing enquiries and the Central Enquiry Team.

- Identifying sales opportunities from existing clients and also new enquiries be able to convert these into new fee-based reports and additional AUM.

Experience and Qualifications
ESSENTIAL
- Strong sales skills to win and retain clients for Blevins Franks.
- Competency level
- Demonstrable ability to use and adopt the necessary digital devices, services and systems provided by the organisation.
- Industry qualifications commensurate with the role. Level 4 diploma as a minimum entry level and ideally Level 6 Chartered status.
DESIRABLE
- The ideal candidate will have experience in the Private Client Manager role to act as a foundation for providing the level of service expected for our top clients.
- Or have external knowledge built up in a similar role in the financial markets.
- Sufficient knowledge of the products and tax structures.
- A proven track record of success in selling, and winning new clients from new enquiries.
