Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Financial Advisor / Securities Broker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing tailored investment strategies, and guiding clients through complex financial decisions. The ideal candidate is passionate about the markets, possesses excellent communication skills, and is driven to grow their book of business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to understand client goals and risk tolerance.
  • Develop and implement personalized investment plans, including recommending suitable securities, mutual funds, ETFs, and other financial products.
  • Monitor client portfolios regularly and provide timely updates and adjustments based on market conditions and client needs.
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.
  • Stay current on market trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with FINRA regulations and company policies.
  • Educate clients on various investment products and strategies.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Current FINRA Series 7 and Series 63/65 or 66 licenses required.
  • Proven experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, financial planning principles, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
