Financial Adviser | IFA
£70,000 – £100,000 (Base Salary) | Un-capped Earnings Nationwide Roles | New Business IFA with Dedicated Client Bank
A market-leading Financial Planning firm is recruiting for employed Financial Advisers (IFAs) to expand its team across the UK. The role offers comprehensive support, a dedicated client bank, warm leads, and no commission pressures.
THE ROLE
** positin Financial Adviser (New Business IFA) – Full-time**
- Develop and grow a book of clients
- Increase Assets Under Management (AUM)
- Receive an assigned client bank from day one
- New client acquisition – access to in-house leads
- Local client advisory – build relationships in your regional area
- Conduct fact-find and financial planning meetings
- Create personalised financial strategies to meet client goals
- Deliver holistic financial advice (pensions, savings, protection, investments)
- Work from home with full operational support
- Back-office support (marketing, IT, administrative assistance provided)

- Strong basic salary bracket (£70,000 – £100,000)
- Un-capped variable income potential (OTE online: £70,000 – £150,000+)

- Additional benefits (subject to £1k tax exemption)
REQUIREMENTS
- Fully qualified with a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Financial Adviser
- Experience in new client acquisition and business development
- A strong proven track record of growing AUM
- Able to generate referrals and expire clients effectively
- Skills in networking and discrete sales
- Pre-existing client base highly desirable (role ideal for aligned IFA transitions)
