πΌ Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will analyze financial data, prepare reports, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide insights that help drive strategic business decisions. ππ°π
πΉ Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends and business opportunities. π
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
- Develop financial models to support business planning and investment decisions.
- Monitor financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and operational initiatives.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
- Support audit processes and maintain compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to management in a clear and professional manner.

π» Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Financial Analyst, Accountant, Finance Associate, or in a related finance role.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred.

- Strong financial modeling and forecasting abilities.
- Knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and variance reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
