Senior Finance Analyst | Real Estate Investments | London

Up to £75,000 + bonus

Full-time office role

An established international real estate investment business is looking for a commercially minded Senior Finance Analyst to join its London-based finance team, supporting a high-profile European real estate portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional who enjoys combining financial modelling, commercial analysis, and business partnering within a dynamic investment environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning portfolio financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting
  • Building and maintaining complex financial and underwriting models
  • Delivering scenario analysis to support leasing, development, and investment decisions
  • Monitoring portfolio performance, liquidity, and capital requirements
  • Supporting quarterly valuations, NAV forecasting, and board reporting
  • Working closely with Asset Management, Portfolio Management, Investments, Tax, and Legal teams
  • Producing business plans, market analysis, and strategic insights
  • Contributing to refinancing, acquisition, and disposal analysis
  • Driving process improvements through automation, AI, and enhanced financial controls

  • ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualification with 2+ years' post-qualified experience
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
  • Experience within real estate, property, funds, lending, or investment environments is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of Argus (Developer and/or DCF) or similar property modelling software would be advantageous
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent stakeholder management skills
