Senior Finance Analyst | Real Estate Investments | London
Up to £75,000 + bonus
Full-time office role
An established international real estate investment business is looking for a commercially minded Senior Finance Analyst to join its London-based finance team, supporting a high-profile European real estate portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional who enjoys combining financial modelling, commercial analysis, and business partnering within a dynamic investment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Owning portfolio financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Building and maintaining complex financial and underwriting models
- Delivering scenario analysis to support leasing, development, and investment decisions
- Monitoring portfolio performance, liquidity, and capital requirements
- Supporting quarterly valuations, NAV forecasting, and board reporting
- Working closely with Asset Management, Portfolio Management, Investments, Tax, and Legal teams
- Producing business plans, market analysis, and strategic insights
- Contributing to refinancing, acquisition, and disposal analysis
- Driving process improvements through automation, AI, and enhanced financial controls

We're Looking For Someone With:

- ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualification with 2+ years' post-qualified experience
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
- Experience within real estate, property, funds, lending, or investment environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of Argus (Developer and/or DCF) or similar property modelling software would be advantageous
- A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent stakeholder management skills
