Financial Analyst – London, UK

We are seeking a highly-motivated and organised Financial Analyst to join our team in London, UK.
About the Role
Ideal Candidate:
- Seeking a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of business analytics experience
- Construction industry experience is a plus
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Provides budget, forecast, and variance analysis along with related reports as required
- Conducts financial research, analyzes financial performance against objectives, and identifies emerging financial trends
- Offers clear explanations for reports and analysis, presenting findings in easy-to-understand terms
- Creates and maintains statistical and financial databases alongside tailored reports
- Drives improved business performance by recommending actionable insights based on analysis and data interpretation
- Collaborates with cross-functional departments on projects and business priorities

Qualifications & Skills
✅ Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years' business analytics experience
- Preference for candidates with construction industry knowledge
✅ Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable learning and utilising various financial reporting tools
