We're looking for a Financial Analyst to join our International Finance team. Reporting to the Finance Controller, you'll play a key role in month-end reporting, financial analysis, audits and supporting business decisions across our international operations.
We're looking for someone who has a solid accounting background, enjoys working with financial data, embraces change, and is passionate about continuous learning and process improvement.
What you will do
In performing this exciting role, your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Supporting the Controller and Assistant Controller in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely completion of monthly financial reporting.
- Preparing balance sheet reconciliations.
- Actively participate in working capital activities to ensure accounts receivable remain up to date and minimise the impact of doubtful debts (AFDA).
- Ensure accounts payable invoices are coded correctly and the AP ledger is fully reconciled.
- Analyse and summarise financial results for senior leadership.
- Prepare financial analyses and calculations to support decision-making by divisional Vice Presidents.
- Contribute to ad hoc finance projects supporting stakeholders across the organisation.
- Support the team’s response to audit requests and queries, both internal and external.
- Provide financial support to other business units across the International Finance team as required.

What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Good Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with financial data.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a changing environment.
- Comfortable working across multiple financial systems and applications.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Nice to have
- Positive attitude and a passion for continuous learning
- Knowledge of the IFRS reporting framework would be an advantage.
