Are you a commercially minded Finance Analyst or Finance Business Partner looking for an opportunity to influence technology investment across a large EMEA operation?

We're recruiting for a newly created role where you'll become the financial partner to senior Technology leaders, helping drive financial governance, cost optimisation and smarter investment decisions across IT.

This is far more than a reporting role. You'll have a genuine seat at the table, working closely with senior stakeholders to improve financial discipline, maximise technology spend and ensure investment delivers real business value.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partner with Technology leadership to manage and optimise IT spend across EMEA.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for the IT function.
  • Deliver insightful reporting, variance analysis and financial modelling.
  • Drive FinOps best practice across cloud, SaaS, infrastructure and vendor management.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency and maximise return on investment.
  • Develop cost transparency frameworks and financial governance processes.
  • Support business cases and challenge investment decisions through commercial insight.
  • Coach senior stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting and financial accountability.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
