Are you a commercially minded Financial Analyst looking for a role where your analysis genuinely influences business decisions?
We're partnering with a growing, highly successful organisation that is looking to add an ambitious Financial Analyst to its Finance team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, helping to shape financial strategy, improve performance and support exciting business growth.

What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process
- Producing insightful financial analysis, reporting and variance commentary
- Partnering with operational teams to improve financial performance
- Building financial models to support business growth and investment decisions
- Analysing revenue, expenditure and key business drivers
- Supporting monthly management accounts and group reporting
- Presenting financial insights to senior management
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, profitability and efficiencies
We're looking for someone with:

- ACCA / ACA / CIMA qualified or part-qualified
- Experience in management accounting or financial reporting
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and financial modelling
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Desirable experience:
- Power BI
- OneStream
