This is an outstanding opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, helping to shape financial strategy, improve performance and support exciting business growth.

What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process
- Producing insightful financial analysis, reporting and variance commentary
- Partnering with operational teams to improve financial performance
- Building financial models to support business growth and investment decisions
- Analysing revenue, expenditure and key business drivers
- Supporting monthly management accounts and group reporting
- Presenting financial insights to senior management
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, profitability and efficiencies
We're looking for someone with:

- ACCA / ACA / CIMA qualified or part-qualified
- Experience in management accounting or financial reporting
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and financial modelling
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Desirable experience:
- Power BI
- OneStream
