As we continue to expand our trading desk, we are seeking highly motivated individuals with strong numerical and analytical aptitude to join our team.
The Role
This is a performance-driven position centred on the practical application of financial theory. You will work directly with live market data to identify trading opportunities, implement strategies, and manage risk in a controlled, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis: Conduct technical and fundamental analysis across G10 currencies, equity indices, and commodities.
- Risk Management: Adhere strictly to firm-defined risk limits and capital preservation rules.
- Trade Execution: Support the execution of financial derivatives strategies, including futures and options.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate trading journals and performance reports for ongoing review and assessment.
Requirements
We value discipline, consistency, and potential. While prior experience on a professional trading desk is not essential, candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- A solid understanding of financial markets and macroeconomic principles
- The ability to operate within strict risk management frameworks

Please note: Proven competency in financial derivatives and technical analysis is required. Candidates who lack sufficient practical application in these areas may be required to complete relevant professional accreditation before being entrusted with firm capital.
What We Offer
- Salary: £45,800 per annum (range: £45,800 - £100,000)
- Visa Sponsorship: Proprietary Solutions is a licensed UKVI sponsor. Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates
- Bonus: Uncapped, performance-based commission structure
- Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday working schedule with hybrid working options
