Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ledger management (Sales, Purchase, Bank) using Xero.
  • Multi-currency bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Weekly credit control and monthly client invoicing.
  • Processing expense claims, POs, and draft payment runs.
  • Managing supplier relationships, quotes, and procurement.
  • Assisting with balance sheet reconciliations, VAT/EC submissions.
  • Helping with office management.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of finance experience (working towards an accountancy qualification preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Xero and Excel.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
