Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end ledger management (Sales, Purchase, Bank) using Xero.
- Multi-currency bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Weekly credit control and monthly client invoicing.
- Processing expense claims, POs, and draft payment runs.
- Managing supplier relationships, quotes, and procurement.
- Assisting with balance sheet reconciliations, VAT/EC submissions.
- Helping with office management.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of finance experience (working towards an accountancy qualification preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Xero and Excel.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
