Job title: Financial Assistant
Duration: 3 months Initially (potential to be extended to end of the year)

Rate: £120 - £150 per day depending on experience
We are looking for a Financial Admin assistant, this role will entail managing financial-related tasks and supporting the finance department's day-to-day operations at McCann Manchester.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with finance managers and other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and efficient financial planning. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial health of the organization by supporting strategic financial decisions and adhering to budgetary constraints.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage invoicing, payments, and financial transactions to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Support budget development and financial planning.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable balances to maintain accurate financial records.
- Provide administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and handling documentation.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather financial data and streamline processes.

Role requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in finance or administrative roles is advantageous.
