Up to £38,000 + Study Support
Luton (Hybrid)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant to join a growing and well-established business based in Luton.
This opportunity would suit:
- Someone with a minimum of 1 year's experience in an accounts or finance role
- A recent graduate looking to kick-start their career in finance and accountancy
- An AAT studier seeking practical experience alongside their studies

- Raising and reconciling customer invoices, rebates, and funding agreements
- Supporting commercial debt collection activities and managing aged debt
- Working closely with Commercial Finance and Commercial teams to resolve invoice queries
- Producing weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders across the business
- Maintaining accurate data across ERP and finance systems
- Supporting the implementation and ongoing management of a new rebate management system
- Assisting with ad hoc reporting and analysis for the Commercial Finance team

What we're looking for:
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
- Confident communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the business
- Previous credit control experience would be advantageous but is not essential
- A desire to develop a long-term career within finance
