Role Description

The Financial Coach role at MantraCare is a part-time, remote position focused on helping individuals build confidence and competence in managing their personal finances. In this role, the coach will conduct virtual sessions to assess clients’ financial situations, clarify goals, and develop actionable financial plans aligned with MantraCare’s holistic wellness approach. Availability for flexible scheduling and responsiveness via online channels will be important for supporting clients across different time zones.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Financial Coaching and Financial Education to guide clients toward sustainable money management behaviors
  • Skills in Financial Planning and Personal Finance to design practical, goal-oriented plans covering budgeting, saving, investing, and debt reduction
  • A solid foundation in Finance to interpret financial information, explain concepts clearly, and support data-informed decisions
  • Relevant experience in coaching, counseling, or client-facing advisory roles, ideally within wellness, healthcare, or employee benefits settings
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and empathy skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds in a remote environment
  • Comfort using digital tools, telehealth platforms, and basic productivity software; familiarity with AI-enabled or digital health solutions is an advantage
  • Relevant certifications in financial coaching, financial planning, or personal finance education are beneficial; a degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is a plus
  • Strong ethical judgment, respect for confidentiality, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory client support
