About Minipip:

Minipip is a growing platform dedicated to helping individuals understand the financial markets and take charge of their financial futures. We combine data-driven insight with educational support to demystify trading, investing, and personal finance.

The Role:

We’re looking for a versatile and dynamic Financial Analyst & Coach to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of data analysis and personal development, perfect for someone who enjoys interpreting market trends as much as they enjoy helping others make sense of them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial market analysis, generate insights, and produce clear, actionable reports.
  • Deliver one-to-one or group coaching sessions to guide users through financial strategies and market understanding - this will be the main job task.
  • Translate complex financial concepts into accessible, engaging educational content.
  • Collaborate with content creators and product teams to ensure financial accuracy and relevance, including management of social media(s).
  • Stay up to date with market movements, economic news, and financial regulation changes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
