Financial Controller
Location: London (Hybrid – 1x Per Week)
Package: £80k - £85k + Bonus

The Opportunity
A high-growth, multi-site business is seeking a commercially driven Financial Controller to support an ambitious scaling journey. The division is currently generating c.£30m revenue, with plans to grow to £100m within three years through geographic expansion and increased site rollout.
This is a key role within a fast-paced environment, offering strong exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape finance within a scaling platform.
The Role
You will take ownership of financial control, reporting, and insight for the division, acting as a true business partner to operational stakeholders while ensuring robust processes and controls are in place.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ownership of monthly management accounts
- Production of weekly KPI and trading reports
- Revenue recognition and full balance sheet control reconciliations
- Business partnering with divisional leadership and key stakeholders
- Delivery of commercial analysis and actionable growth insights
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
- Development of MI, including conversion and performance reporting
- Management of one direct report and outsourced transactional finance team
- Driving process improvement and strengthening financial controls
- Supporting ongoing systems development and optimisation

Candidate Profile
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Strong management accounting and financial control experience
- Commercially astute with strong analytical capability
- Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience in a scaling or high-growth environment essential
- Multi-site and/or healthcare experience beneficial
