Financial Controller | 3-Month Contract | London | Hybrid Working
Altum Consulting is partnering with a Central London-based organisation to recruit an experienced Financial Controller for an initial three-month contract.
The role will bridge a critical gap within the finance function during the implementation of a new ERP system. The successful candidate will provide stability across day-to-day financial operations, maintain strong controls and reporting, and support the business through a period of systems and process change.

- Leading month-end close, management reporting and balance sheet control
- Ensuring continuity of financial operations throughout the ERP implementation
- Overseeing data migration, testing, reconciliation and process design
- Working with finance, technology and implementation teams to resolve issues
- Strengthening financial controls and governance during the transition
- Managing statutory reporting, audit, cash flow and working capital requirements
- Providing clear financial insight to senior stakeholders
- Supporting and managing the wider finance team through the change programme

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Previous experience as a Financial Controller in a complex environment
- Experience supporting or leading an ERP implementation
- Strong financial control, reporting and technical accounting expertise
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
