ONE Creative environments (ONE) is looking for a talented Financial Controller to join their Worcester (Midlands) Team.

Skills/Experience:
- You may already be an experienced Financial Controller looking to progress your career to the next level.
- You will be CIMA/ACCA/CA qualified with more than 5 years post qualification experience including 3 years in an advanced finance role.
- Your experience will include strong knowledge of management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Experience managing cash flow, controls, and commercial decision support with strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail is also required.
- Strong proficiency with accounting software (Sage/Access) and Microsoft Excel.
- Flexibility, the ability to manage your own workload, and being adaptable to differing tasks, are key to succeeding in this role.

The role:
- The successful candidate will work as part of the wider team and has the opportunity to play a key role in a growing construction design business and there is also scope to influence and develop the finance function.
- Responsibilities will include managing the company’s day-to-day financial activities, ensuring robust financial processes, accurate reporting, effective cash management, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as being able to work collaboratively, are essential.
- Working closely with the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team, this role will provide financial oversight across the business, monitoring all aspects of financial performance, support strategic decision-making, and help drive operational efficiency within the business.
